What Sets Us Apart

Specialists in Children’s Care

Pediatric dentists complete two to three years of additional training after dental school and treat only children and adolescents. Just as you chose a pediatrician for your child’s health, a pediatric dental office gives your child’s smile that same specialized attention.

Comfort Comes First

Our offices are designed so a dental visit feels safe and even fun, from waiting areas built for kids to a team that explains every step before it happens. For children who need extra help relaxing, sedation options are available.

Prevention You Can Keep Going at Home

We focus on preventive care so small problems stay small. Every visit ends with practical guidance you can use at home, from brushing technique to what to do about thumb sucking or a knocked-out tooth.

Three Offices Across the Knoxville Area

We have a team of pediatric dentists and staff across three offices, and every one of them understands how much a comfortable first visit matters to a child and to a parent. Choose the office closest to home, or ask us which one has the soonest opening.

Pediatric Dental Care for Every Age

From a first visit before the first birthday through the teenage years, our pediatric dental team provides:

  • Dental cleanings and exams, with fluoride to help protect growing teeth from cavities
  • Regular checkups every six months, the interval the American Dental Association recommends for children
  • Digital X-rays, a low-radiation way to catch decay early and follow how permanent teeth are developing
  • Special needs dentistry, with visits adapted for children who need extra time, quiet, or preparation
  • Sedation options, available for children who feel anxious in the chair or who need additional support
  • Care for infants, toddlers, children, and teens, starting with that very first tooth

Every child is different, and our first priority is easing whatever your child is nervous about before we start.

Your Child’s Visit, Made Simple

Step 1: Request an appointment

Send a request through our secure online form or call the office nearest you. Our team will confirm a date and time that fits around school and work.

Step 2: Complete your patient forms

Fill out the patient information form before you arrive, and bring your insurance card. If you would rather complete forms in person, come about 20 minutes early.

Step 3: Exam and dental review

We review your child’s dental and medical history, take X-rays, then walk you through what we found and build an individual treatment plan together.

Step 4: Cleaning and follow-up

One of our hygienists cleans and polishes your child’s teeth and checks for cavities, early decay, or gingivitis. After that, we will see your child every six months.
